MORGAN HILL, California, September 17, 2020-The Virginia Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects and the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering & Land Surveying has issued Michael Orosco Professional Engineering Licenses in their states.
